Every year the famous Old Town Square in Prague becomes a place where the magic happens. This year on the 8 of May thousands of runners from 98 countries around the world will take part in the 17-th addition of Volkswagen Prague Marathon – a race recognized by AIMS and awarded with IAAF Road Race Gold label for its visually stunning course, precise organization and electrifying atmosphere.

The challenge of 42.195 km has never been more pleasant as the fascination of the city, the sounds of Marathon Music Festival and cheering of the fans along the race course gives you the right energy. The time limit of 7 hours allows slower runners and beginners to participate as well, although shorter courses of Volkswagen Marathon Weekend (7-8 May) can be chosen by families and those who just want to have fun and discover the historical city from a different angle!
